MATT DUDLEY TENNIS COACHING

History/Experience:
Through my tennis career I have played at many different levels. Through my junior career I won State and National Tournaments and also represented my State In different competitions. I went on to play the Australian money circuit and the Pro Circuit which included ATP and ITF professional tournaments.

I am a Level 2 Club Professional Tennis coach under tennis Australia. I have worked at a prestigious tennis club in Sydney where I ran the coaching programs. I also have coached at Sanchez Casal Academy in Barcelona, Spain coaching Professional players’ have travelled to various countries coaching an ITF player and also currently coaching a WTA player.

I have a wide range of Coaching programs and Fixture competitions ranging for all ages and abilities set up for the club as follows:


· Pee Wee Tennis Program:Ages:3-5 years old
The Program introduces the basics of tennis, also contains a lot of hand eye co-ordination and footwork drills which is a big key element for players in this age group. The main component we focus on is the players having fun so they will be able to love the game of tennis. Lesson duration - 30 mins. Price - $10 per squad.

· Junior Program: Ages: 6-9 Years old
The Program introduces the basics of tennis, and also contains learning to rally and the understanding the game of tennis. Out of this program our aim is to get the players to be able to rally and serve and be able to put them into a fixtures competition. Lesson duration - 60 mins. Price - $15 per squad, $120 per term.

· Junior Development Program: Ages: 10-13 years old
The Program focuses on the development of the tennis including all strokes, and the ability to be able to rally and also play and understand how to play a tennis match. Out of this program our aim is to get the players to be able to play competition tennis on a week to week basis. Lesson duration - 60 mins. Price $15 per squad, $120 per term.

· Intermediate Development Program: Ages: 14-17 years old
The Program focuses on the development of all strokes, and the tactical side of singles and doubles match play. Out of this program our aim is to develop players match player and develop there game and work on different more advanced tactics. Lesson duration - 1.5hrs. Price - $20 per squad, $165 per term.

· Elite Tournament Program: Ages: Open
The Elite Tournament Program is designed for players who are playing state and national tournaments and would also include competitors of the ITF and the Pro circuit tour. In this program players will have a full time personalised scheduled set up for them. This would include a tournament yearly plan, goals with rankings in national and ITF tours, fitness and nutritional programs. Every player will have different needs and we make sure that through out our program we cover all areas. Lesson duration - 120 mins. Price - $25 per squad.

Men’s/Woman’s Clinics:
In our Adult Clinic our aim is to improve our clients, have fun, try to get them as fit as we can and also have match play which keeps their competitive side going.
The key areas which are worked on:
· Stroke analysis
· Stroke production
· Endurance drills
· Point Play
· Tactical themes

Lesson duration - 1.5hrs. Price - $20 per squad.
